Terms & Conditions

ATTENDANCE POLICY

All classes listed in the timetable demand full attendance from enrolled students. Unplanned or uninformed absences will not be accommodated and may adversely affect the student's monthly performance evaluation. In the event of emergencies, leave requests must be formally submitted, and approval must be obtained before taking any leave.

PREREQUISITES

Enrolling in our transformative course demands more than a mere commitment; it requires a profound reservoir of self-motivation and boundless optimism. Just as the practice of Yoga beckons one towards a journey of self-discovery, the path we tread within our program demands the utmost purity and self-discipline.

Within the serene confines of our ashram, we emphasize the indispensable nature of attendance at all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures, and invigorating asana classes. Each moment of participation contributes to the tapestry of success that our program weaves, and your dedication becomes the brushstroke that paints the masterpiece of personal growth.

To nurture an environment conducive to spiritual flourishing, certain practices stand as steadfast pillars in our community, while others find no place within our sacred walls. The prohibition of meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and nudity serves as a testament to our commitment to fostering a space of purity and holistic well-being.

In adhering to these guidelines, we safeguard the sanctity of the transformative journey each participant undertakes. Non-compliance with the sacred rules of the ashram not only jeopardizes one's individual experience but may, unfortunately, lead to dismissal from both the ashram and the course.

Your journey is a sacred one, and it is our collective responsibility to ensure its sanctity. Let your dedication and adherence to these principles be the compass guiding you towards the profound success that awaits on this transformative path.

DISCIPLINES AND RULES

The unequivocal prohibition of smoking and alcohol consumption is imperative within the confines of our establishment. Any alterations to fasting or dietary practices necessitate prior communication with the kitchen master. We emphasize the paramount importance of demonstrating respect towards both educators and fellow participants, underscoring the significance of strict adherence to established rules and regulations.

Punctuality is not merely a virtue but an expectation, coupled with the responsibility of clearing library books and returning borrowed items before the culmination of the course. Consistent attendance at all classes is indispensable, reflecting a commitment to the learning process.

Visitors, in compliance with our protocols, must secure separate accommodations and are expressly forbidden from sharing living quarters with enrolled students. These guidelines, meticulously crafted to foster an environment of discipline and order, are integral to the ethos of our institution.

REFUND POLICY

Course fees are considered non-refundable under normal circumstances. However, in the event of emergencies, students may be permitted to attend classes at alternative schedules. While course cancellations are permissible at any point, it is important to note that refunds will not be granted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, as they enable us to maintain the quality and continuity of our educational programs.
